Aventura Optima

AVENTURA OPTIMA PLAZA is an 114,000-square-foot building located at 21500 Biscayne Blvd. Miami, FL. HyCOMB panels were used on the exterior walls and ceiling which helped allow the construction to obtain LEED Platinum certification. Aventura Optima is the second office building in Florida to receive this distinction and the first in the city of Aventura.
