Marble is an extremely hard, metamorphic stone composed of calcite (CaCO3). It is formed as a recrystallization of limestone under the intense pressure and heat of geologic processes, creating a very tight crystalline structure. A relatively homogenous and compact natural Stone, Marble also contains a smooth surface and delicate veining. A great choice due to being long lasting and providing an elegant look.
Typical Uses: Popular uses for interior settings are bathrooms countertops. Decorative and structural. Exterior wall and veneers when monitored, flooring, stairways and walkways. Controlling the severity of exposure and applying certain treatments.
