Located in Miami Design District, PALM COURT will dramatically increase the district’s retail, commercial and art exhibition space, while bringing a jewel of a hotel to the cutting edge district of Miami. This project was designed with the goal of obtaining the LEED Gold Certification and was awarded upon completion. As seen in the below pictures, panels were installed on the upper exterior of the building along with the lower portion located by the main entrance to the building.
